Pastor Dillip Naranga comes from a Christian background. His parents were very devout Christians. Since his childhood Pastor Dillip use to attend church and Sunday School. He used to memorize scriptures and used to participate in every activity in the church. But after he passed high school, he went to college and was influenced by his friends who were not believers. Slowly he started living a life according to his own terms. In 1986, he was diagnosed with Tuberculosis and
was bed ridden for 5 years. He took different types of treatment but nothing worked. He and his family had given up every hope on him. Pastor Dillip cried
out to the Lord and said if the Lord heals him, he will serve Him all his life. One day a pastor visited him and prayed for his healing and miraculously he
was healed by the power of God. He visited the doctor and doctor said that only 70% of his lungs are functioning so he has very few days to live. But
praise God it has been 23 years he has survived only with 30% of his lungs.
Pastor Narang is involved in showing Jesus films to villagers and is dedicated to make disciples in those villages. He is focusing in Haldipali, a village in Bargarh district. He is married to Priti Naranga and they have three daughters: Gaurabi, Sourabi, and Mousami.
