Pastor Biswas Kushal is born and brought up in Christian family but he was into bad company.
He used to attend church regularly but many times he was doing it because he had to.
One Sunday the pastor was preaching from Acts 4:12 and this message touched his heart and that day he accepted Christ as his savior and received baptism on 19th may 1985. Soon after that he went to the Bible school for three years where he became passionate about sharing the gospel to the people who have never heard about Jesus.
One day while sharing the gospel suddenly some people came and started persecuting but by the grace of God he was fine and was not harmed. He has been serving in the ministry for almost 34 years.
At present pastor Kushal has three house churches and there are 45 believers that are regularly attending the church and are being discipled.
Pastor Biswas Kushal lives in Bargarh with his wife Saudamini Kushal and their 36 years old daughter Seemarani Kushal, 34 years old son Manoj Kumar and 28 years old daughter Sushmarani Kushal.
