Biswajit Garud is an 11-year-old boy currently studying in Class Five. He comes from the Kalahandi district, a region known for its economic challenges.
His father works as a daily wage laborer, and the family faces persistent financial instability, often struggling to fulfill even the most basic necessities.
In search of a better future, Biswajit arrived at Naba Asha Children’s Home, hopeful for access to food, shelter, and the support needed to pursue his education.
Despite his young age, Biswajit stands out for his enthusiasm for learning and his unwavering determination to rise above his circumstances.
With the right care and guidance, Biswit's spirit and drive hold the promise of a brighter tomorrow—not just for himself, but for his entire family.
